Front Office and Clinical Assistant
Mercedes has been in the dental field since 2009. She is trained in both the front and back office and works primarily in the front office. She is both a skilled insurance and patient care coordinator, as well as a wonderful clinical assistant, and makes every effort to help patients have a wonderful experience at our office. She is known for her calm and always positive attitude.
Mercedes attended Charter College for Dental Assisting in 2009. In 2014, she earned her Registered Dental Assistant License.
When she is not at work, Mercedes loves being with family, and camping and hanging out with her friends. She also loves hiking with her dogs, going to Disneyland, and working on DIY projects.
Jennifer is excited to be involved in a career that has allowed her to express the caring, compassionate professional that she is. She’s been in the dental field for 20 years, first Assisting the Dentist and then becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). After many years working as an RDH, she discovered another true passion, which was to become more involved in the community. In addition to working as a hygienist for Plaza Dentistry, she specializes in “Traveling Dental Hygiene.” She finds it very rewarding to be the driving force to not only educate patients in the “Dental Practice” but most importantly help those who are “Medically Compromised.” She enjoys building relationships with all her patients while providing a comfortable environment for educating the importance of having a healthy smile.
May has been in the dental field for 3 years. She chose the dental field because she loves to create a bond with the patients, and finds true joy in being a part of their journey to great dental health. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her 7 year old daughter.
